In questa intervista, esploriamo questo tema con<strong> Luca Maria Gandini di F:L architetti<\/strong>, uno studio che si distingue per la sua ricerca di <strong>equilibrio tra forma e sostanza<\/strong> attraverso progetti che si integrano armoniosamente nel contesto paesaggistico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luca, parliamo del tuo studio L architetti. Di cosa vi occupate?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il nostro studio \u00e8 focalizzato sulla <strong>progettazione sia privata sia pubblica<\/strong>. Collaboriamo spesso con la <strong>Rai a Torino e Milano<\/strong> per ristrutturazioni di interni, ma realizziamo anche ville e progetti di interni per privati.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quanti siete in studio?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Siamo tre soci<\/strong>: io, Fabrizio Caudana, e Alberto Minero. Abbiamo anche due collaboratori che ci aiutano.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qual \u00e8 un progetto di cui vuoi parlare oggi?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vorrei raccontare di <strong>Casa Y<\/strong>, un progetto sulle colline di Torino, realizzato in <strong>cemento armato e acciaio corten<\/strong>. \u00c8 composto da due parallelepipedi con un tetto piano, un&#8217;architettura molto lineare e semplice, integrata nel paesaggio. Prima di progettare, ci piace <strong>passeggiare nel contesto e ascoltare i luoghi<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vi occupate anche degli interni?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00ec, sviluppiamo gli interni con un&#8217;<strong>attenzione particolare alla luce e all&#8217;ombra<\/strong>, cercando di rendere ogni spazio adeguato alle esigenze del committente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Raccontaci di un altro progetto.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A <strong>Milu Farm<\/strong> abbiamo lavorato per una coppia, una cieca e un francese, che hanno deciso di stabilirsi in Italia. Abbiamo trovato un terreno agricolo in provincia di Torino e l\u00ec abbiamo realizzato una parte pubblica <strong>mantenendo la struttura della cascina originale<\/strong> e una parte privata pi\u00f9 moderna in cemento, <strong>integrando la residenza con il verde circostante.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qual \u00e8 il vostro rapporto con il verde?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il verde \u00e8 fondamentale nei nostri progetti, specialmente nelle ville. Ci piace che il <strong>verde appaia il pi\u00f9 naturale possibil<\/strong>e, non tanto un giardino all&#8217;italiana ma pi\u00f9 un giardino all&#8217;inglese.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una parola chiave che vi rappresenta?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per noi, <em><strong>la materia e la luce sono essenzial<\/strong><\/em>i.
