In this interview, we explore this theme with architect <strong>Isidoro Mastronardi<\/strong>, whose experience in the field of <strong>office design and interiors<\/strong> is grounded in deep roots in the world of craftsmanship and family tradition.<\/p>\n<h3>Isidoro, let&#8217;s talk about your studio. What does it specialize in?<\/h3>\n<p>My studio, <strong>founded 20 years ago<\/strong> on the ashes of my father&#8217;s tailoring workshop, focuses on <strong>office design and interior fit-outs<\/strong>, especially in spaces related to homes and hospitality.<\/p>\n<h3>Can you tell us about a recent project you&#8217;d like to discuss?<\/h3>\n<p>Recently, we worked on a project in <strong>Padua for the company Nims, affiliated with Lavazza<\/strong>. We renovated a headquarters over four floors in an industrial area, where it was essential to work without displacing people, so we proceeded in steps. We completely <strong>revamped the interiors from the &#8217;60s<\/strong>, also introducing a new company policy that transforms the way of working, creating <strong>welcoming spaces<\/strong> reminiscent of home.<\/p>\n<h3>And another project you&#8217;d like to talk about?<\/h3>\n<p>In <strong>Paris,<\/strong> we worked on a project for a <strong>coffee company<\/strong>, creating an <strong>outdoor recreational green area<\/strong> with <a href=\"https:\/\/verdeprofilo.com\/giardini-verticali\/pareti-verdi\/\">green walls<\/a> and relaxation spaces, thus responding to the growing need for outdoor and green spaces, especially in Northern Europe.<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s your view on using greenery in interior spaces?<\/h3>\n<p>Greenery is crucial, especially in areas <strong>dedicated to breaks or meetings<\/strong>.
