Fondata nel 1990 da Silvio Cinti, l’azienda si \u00e8 guadagnata una reputazione per la progettazione urbanistica e la realizzazione di edifici<\/strong> residenziali, commerciali e per servizi, con un’attenzione particolare alla sostenibilit\u00e0 e all’integrazione del verde. Dario, puoi dirci di pi\u00f9 su Sintesi e sul vostro approccio alla progettazione?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Sintesi SRL \u00e8 una societ\u00e0 di progettazione fondata da mio padre nel 1990<\/strong>. Ci dedichiamo principalmente alla progettazione urbanistica, ma affrontiamo anche progetti dettagliati, compresi edifici residenziali, commerciali e per servizi. Ci caratterizziamo per un approccio olistico alla progettazione, che mira a integrare tutte le sfaccettature del progetto.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Parliamo di uno dei vostri progetti principali, il quartiere di Cecchignola. Puoi raccontarci di cosa si tratta?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Cecchignola<\/strong> \u00e8 uno dei nostri progetti pi\u00f9 importanti e orgogliosi. Questo quartiere, nato nel 2013, \u00e8 un’opera in corso che prevede la costruzione di circa 4.000 alloggi suddivisi in vari programmi.<\/strong> Il nostro obiettivo \u00e8 far s\u00ec che Cecchignola diventi il primo quartiere del centro Italia a essere certificato dal Green Building Council (GBC).<\/span><\/p>\n

Parlando di progetti attuali, cosa ci puoi dire riguardo al progetto di Via Chillini?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Il progetto di Via Chillini \u00e8 un progetto che stiamo sviluppando in Via Nomentana. Qui, stiamo applicando una progettazione verde autentica, che abbraccia questioni economiche, sociali e tecnologiche. Utilizziamo tecnologie all’avanguardia<\/strong> che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere livelli energetici eccezionali (classe A3 e A4). Inoltre, stiamo esplorando l’uso del verde verticale per migliorare il comfort<\/strong> termico dell’edificio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Come affrontate questa sfida nei vostri progetti?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

L’integrazione del verde \u00e8 una parte fondamentale della nostra progettazione. Cerchiamo di trovare modi innovativi per portare il verde non solo nelle aree comuni ma anche nelle parti private degli edifici<\/strong>. Questo pu\u00f2 essere fatto in modo economico, se pianificato attentamente.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’intervista con Dario Cinti di Sintesi RL ci ha mostrato l’importanza dell’approccio olistico e della sostenibilit\u00e0 nella progettazione architettonica. Con progetti come Cecchignola e Via Chillini, Sintesi dimostra che la progettazione green non \u00e8 solo un lusso per pochi, ma pu\u00f2 essere accessibile a tutti.
