When designing a workplace, there are many variables to consider.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One must <\/span>balance practical needs and aesthetic expectations<\/b>, choose functional furnishings, optimize spaces, and most importantly, identify <\/span>design solutions that promote well-being <\/b>for people.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to selecting ergonomic workstations and products for acoustic correction of spaces, a useful option for the psychophysical well-being of workers is <\/span>office plants<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

But is it really so?<\/span><\/p>\n

In this article, we will review <\/span>the benefits of including plants in workplace design <\/b>and explore <\/span>3 office projects<\/b> that have benefited from green design solutions for their environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Benefits of Office Plants According to a Norwegian Study<\/b><\/h2>\n

A Norwegian study<\/span><\/a><\/span> from the late 1990s examined a sample of 60 individuals divided into 2 groups.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The groups alternated working one year with plants and one year without plants. The study focused on analyzing the <\/span>effects of greenery in the office during the spring months<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
